Vehicle registration in Europe is still a national matter. HESTOCON can assist you in several countries with the registration process.

Even now we have the european type approval and an european Certificat of Conformity for most vehicle categories, the registration of vehicles still is a national matter. The various european countries still have there own national procedures and requirements for registration. Below an example of our activities in some countries. the Netherlands

The registration and allocation to an owner of vehicles in the Netherlands may only be carried out by approved companies. There are annual costs for this approval. What's more, the homologation is only issued to companies established in the Netherlands. HESTOCON is accredited by RDW for the registration of vehicles of all categories.

Do your vehicles come under a european type approval (EC WVTA)? If this is the case, you can save yourself the costs and administration by having HESTOCON arrange the vehicle registration.

HESTOCON is an independent party that can offer you the following:

• See to the application of the registration card including registration codes;
• See to the registration on the name of the owner;
• Supply the number plates to the address you give us.

France

For registration in France of your EU type approved vehicles, we can apply for you for CNIT registration numbers, for each type/variant. This number is consequently put on the Certificat of Conformity, after which registration in France is possibly without problems.

Germany

For registration in Germany of your EU type approved vehicles, we can prepare a "Zulassungsbescheinigung Teil II". With this document a vehicle can be directly registered without it being necessary to physically present the vehicle for checks by the autorities.

Italy

For registration of your EU type approved vehicles in Italy, it is first of all required for the manufacturer the be inscribed in Italy, and following this, the type approval must be registered. We can guide you through this whole procedure, as well as take care of the vehicle registrations.
